Inspector M and The Atomic Alibis

Fizz! Bang! Flash! What caused this loud reaction? What is that awful smell? Inspector Mendeleev is on the case, but none of his usual suspects – the elements – are talking. Can Inspector M piece together a periodic table of clues before the culprit dissolves for good? Solving this mystery calls for a little mischief, a little science, and a few surprises along the way!

This playful informational fiction mystery blends upbeat rhyme and vibrant illustrations with a fascinating and accessible introduction to the building blocks of chemistry. Encouraging kids to lean into the mystery of science, it has broad appeal to general audiences and the STEM educational market for traditional classroom and homeschool settings. Coming to a bookstore near you in summer 2027!
